CELL C Product or headset failure

I ported from vodacom to cell c. For 6 months Cell C strugled to sort out my mms from other networks than cell c.
When I call certain numbers ie 012 348 2345 cell c says the number does not exists. Though this number can be reached from Vodacom...
I don't receive calls in areas where my headset shows I have full reception.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. I got this from Cell C. But it seems Cell C does not support this smart phone as they claim.
I have sent 3 requests to Cell C between November and January and received no response as yet.
Cell C would you respond to a Hello Peter query if you do not respond on your own website?
If you can't reach me by phone... IT IS YOUR PROBLEM. No one can reach me due to this problem.

Was previously happy with Cell C. Now I am telling the world you can't deliver your basic product.
