Bad Customer Service from Cell C Staff!!!

I took out contract Siya 3 to 4 months ago, I initially had the Z10 but was not happy with it so within 7 working days I called them to exchange the phone for the Samsung S4, everything was done and the contract was changed to S4 package for 24 months consisting of 100min, 100sms, 100MB data an additional 900MB of data. Shortly after that some changed my 24 month contract to prepaid!!! I had to run after Cell C to pay them for the contract and the phone after about 2 to 3 weeks Cell C finally sorted it out, my phone was working for a month and a half and now another changed my contract to month to month. I am so tired of chasing after Cell C to pay them, I will cancel this contract and will not be liable for Cell C's stupidity!!!

I have left several messages fir Siya or managers to call me back, but cell c staff gets paid to do nothing, whenever you phone them and ask to speak to a manager or team leader no one is available.

If my contract is not sorted out by the end of this week, I will cancel this contract and change my network and will not pay a cent towards the outstanding money.

Please DO NOT use CELL C DIRECT to get a phone!!
