2010 I opened a contract with cell c direct and I was happy with the contract .after 24 months I went into a store to request they cancelled my contract hense my deal was done .ive been since last year calling cell c to cancel but I'm afraid nothing has happens what is not fair is the fact that an amount of 187 each month is doody tee in my account .i honestly feel what they doing is not fair not even once do I recall being contacted for an upgrade if I am speaking false information they would have it on they notes .i did my share I got the contract and I paid everything that was outstanding till the end and I've been to the bank so many times to place stop orders but cell c is so clever they managed to change the reference number .i am very frustrated and am willing to take this with the law in the court of justice .i don't even have a cellphone I'd be paying for a contract but I cannot afford cause I'm paying cell c something i don't have .its even outdated my contact details have never changed as an alternative .peter please help
