Good day nedbank this is a qeury I have of cell c not sure wether nedbank has aproved my cell c prepaid contract but I receive sms from cell c that I have to make payments to tthis acc nedbank corporate client service branch 145405 acc nr 1454037059 my ref nr is my cell nr and this is the problem I have with cell c "nedbank"... My story... i got a prepaid contract from cell c his account was debited every month on time till his salary date has changed where he phoned cell c numerous times a week to change the d/o date then he lost his job and phoned cell c numerous times about it. He would receive sms from cell c due to unpaid d/o they charge R70 for every sms sent to him and then the bank charges R130 for each time it is unpaid, which is quite a amount been in arrears then the phones got inside the house at night while asleep phoned cell c and gave them the case nr 733/10/2013 the lines got suspended but they still keep deducting unpaid d/o and charge for sms been sent this has gone to far cell c is not listening and I need to speak up. Not a happy cell c consume
