TWO WEEKS LATER I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE HANDSET BACK FROM REPAIRS. VODACOM STATED THAT THEY WILL BE SWOPPING THE PHONE FOR ME SINCE THE FIRST ONE YOU SOLD TO ME WAS NOT OPERATIONAL. I MUST ALWAYS FOLLOW UP WITH YOU (Vodacom) BECAUSE NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE MUCH ABOUT MY ISSUE.
I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED AS I AM LEFT WITH A MONTHLY BILL I PAY TO YOU FOR A SERVICE YOU GIVE ME!!!
