No response after 2 weeks for ref nr: REQ:2719739

I have put a complaint om hellopeter 2 weeks back, and 1 week back mtn replied that the matter is being attended to, now ajother week passed, and no feedback. Pathetic! I am very disappointed in mtn as it was my preferred network, but that is very doubtful at the moment!
