Good day

I have recently logged a hello peter complaint regarding a handset that had been replaced with a refurbished phone- i rebooked the phone and made it clear that i will not accept it. I'll pay approx R8000 for a handset a new handset, should you expect me to be satified then i suggest you cut my handset fee in half. I have not had any response from Nelly who called 4 days after the logging of the 1st complaint, all she said was that she'd get back to me- she hasnt. Does Vodacom not have a timeframe in which to deal with complaints? or do you not care? another refurbished phone has now been sent to Westgate vodacare, according to the repairs centre this was the result of the query not being escalated as it should have been.i am so frustrated that someone at vodacom could not do their job correctly and now i need to book the phone in AGAIN, meanwhile i am paying a handset fee for a handset that i dont have!!! I will not accept a refurbished phone. it should be a brand new handset in a sealed box!
