I have been trying to get in contact with someone at virgin mobile to cancel my contract, but their customer service is just beyond poor!! I've tried calling numerous times, but every time they just put me on hold for 30min or more until the line cuts off! I've tried sending an email, but i'm still waiting for a reply! There are no branches in my area, so I have to cancel my contract over the phone!!! All their shops probably closed down because of the poor service???!!! Can someone please help me!!!???
