I called VIRGIN MOBILE during April 2013 to request cancellation of my contract and was informed that the last
deduction would run up to June 2013 and the contract would then be cancelled. I contactedVIRGIN MOBILE again on Thursday, 20th June 2013, only to be told that the contract was not cancelled due to VIRGIN MOBILE going onto a new accounting system and LERATO then asked me what I wanted her to do as she cannot cancell the contract, but can cancell the line. ( cancelling the line would have meant
I was paying for the line with no benefit and would lose my airtime), I asked her again to cancel my contract and asked for a reference to be send to my email to confirm and to date have not had the courtesy of a return call or email
I need feedback as to why my contract was not cancelled as I made effort to call in and yet have to pay an extra 3 months before the contact is cancelled.
