POOR SERVICE

I have been trying to contact Virgin Mobile to cancel my contract, due to their poor service. I've tried calling, but they put me on hold for ever. I've also send emails, but haven't received any response from them. I've had my contract with them now for almost two years, but until today haven't received even one statement from them. How on earth do I get my contract cancelled with these people???
