Virgin Mobile poor customer service

I had a contract with Virgin and and since i did not require the contract anymore i cancelled it April 2013 and I was given the following reference no 46742236. My bank account is now being debited monthly even when the contract have long been cancelled. When I phone the customer line I hold for 10 minutes before I can go through after am taken from one department to another. This is not acceptable I want this matter resolved ASAP.
