We have been struggling with this internet supplier for the past couple of months. This is not my first complaint either. @lantic/yahclick is about the worst internet supplier in RSA. We struggle on a daily basis with an internet connection that crashes for at times for about 60 minutes. Then we have problems with emails that do not reach recipients. This is my last complaint, if this problem is not resolved by the end of this business day, we will be in our full right according to the CPA to cancel this contract due to the fact that your organisation cannot provide the service we are paying for. A business cannot function with a 'maybe our internet/emails will work today' attitude. Production loss costs will be billed to you if this issue endures and costs our company money. This complaint is being sent from my smartphone because yet again, no internet.
