If we don't have problems with our emails we have problems opening websites. We can't seem to open our Standard Bank Banking since yesterday afternoon. This is totally unacceptable as we run a business and cannot afford to 'maybe' have internet service when @lantic deems it possible.
If the problem persist we will be in our full right to cancel this contract as the basic services we are paying for cannot be supplied. Your 'technical department' assured us that it will be sorted out 'soon' but I'm not so sure.
