Yahclick nightmares / unqualified staff

After 2 months VOX / @lantic / Yahclick are unwilling / unable to solve my complaint. Phiana can you please tell me why you are in the complaints department, you are clearly wasting your time as one can see by the wonderful track record @lantic has on this site that people are still unhappy even after you have responded to their complaints. Can @lantic / VOX / Yahclick please employ people who are qualified, particularly in the sales department where they sell the incorrect products to the consumers and then try put the blame on the consumer, they need to go back to school. We have been sold the incorrect CPE unit, I immediately queried the CPE unit directly after installation (which I have on voice recording), VOX / @lantic / Yahclick are not willing to swap it out, even though we are willing to pay the difference and upgrade our package to higher package, whatever happened to been a valued customer who already pays a lot of money on monthly basis, who wants to upgrade their package and spend more money with VOX / @lantic / Yahclick. This does not make any sense whatsoever, obviously, completely, totally and highly unacceptable.
