Logged a call on more than one occassion for the bad internet speed i am getting in my area in comparison to MTN and vodacom. i was told that they would log a call and get back to me. never ever heard back. this was more than 3 weeks ago. i recently ported to cellc and i am very worried about the feedback i am getting from them. thought if i believe they would fix the problem and let me know but i guess not.
