POOR SERVICE AND SUPPORT

This is the first account i have had with @lantic... and what can I say is.. its been shocking.

Not only do i get the worst SERVICE on the planet but I also get excuses, I was once a happy MWEB subscriber with no problems, I took their all inclusive plan in Cape Town so that there could never be fingers pointed if something went wrong between Telkom and themselves, they would just sort the problem out, if anything arose.

Now I have zero service and zero internet
.
No one at @lantic ever gets back to me on client support. and every single day the internet goes off and when it is on, its ridiculously slow to the point that the Upload speed is faster than the Download speed?

As I'm writing you this complaint about you I cant even do a speedtest... that is shocking!!! Please don't tell me that [URL Removed] is not a accurate indication, as I'm a IT systems architect for a software design company who specializes in connectivity on mines, I can assure you that it is.

All I'm asking for is two things: GOOD SERVICE and a STABLE CONNECTION.
