I have complains about the speed of my Internet. Ive been complaining quite a lot. Every time I log a complaint, I get feedback from somebody taking ownership of the problem with a really nice attitude.
RSA is a difficult place to get high capacity internet. But at least these guys don't forget about you and just take your money.
