We moved from PE to PMB during July and Telkom installed our new line near the end of July. Since then we have been trying to get our Internet working with our service provider Lantic. Been on the phone to them close to 20 times without success and had to call a Computer Tech out to come and sort it out who found that the line wasn't verified. None of the many techs at Lantic ever mentioned that the line had to be verified. After sorting that out the email still wasn't working and we had to hear that it was canceled and no one knows why. It took speaking to another 5 different persons at Lantic and a couple of hours later before the problem was eventually resolved. I think there service is really pathetic!!!
