No more service
Have a contract with lantic for iburst for many years and was very happy with there service no problems beginning February 2013 I had the contact changed over from a personal account to a business account that has been renewed for 24 months with lantic end of last year. I also upgraded the account from a 10 gig to a uncapped that must of started working from the beginning of March. The money gone of the business account but no uncapped me and my business partner has been phoning don't know how many times since beginning of March to hear what happening no one can help us . Now since Wednesday 20/03/2013 I have no internet at all now I have reached my cap limit that I have never reached in all the years I have had a contract with lantic that they can check no problem. I have already receive next month statement have no idea what Im paying for now anymore have been using a other service provider backup internet so I can do work. Will really want this sorted out NOW have been very patient till now but we have to pay already for the next month but haven't even got internet!!!
