Poor service

Kairos Ministries logged a complaint on Hellopeter about the poor service delivery from [Email Removed] - Iburst down time and very slow internet speed on the 2nd of April 2013. Please see our previous complaint. We were contacted by the office of Marius Venter from @lantic and were promised free data as well as a refund for the downtime. Due to the poor service and slow internet speed we had no choice as to cancel the contract and move to another stable internet service provider. However we were billed for the whole month after giving notice and only received a credit of R162.40. We never received the free data as promised. The person I communicated with was Adriaan at [Email Removed] I had to phone and e-mail a number of times to get response, asking that @lantic will aknowledge and confirm the cancellation and refund in writing. After contacting Adriaan again he send me a short sentence via email stating that the cancellation will only be for the next month. This is unacceptable as we had to move to another service provider due to the poor service from I-Burst. The SMS package that we have with @lantic is also giving us a lot of problems. This was also reported a couple of times
