My issue started when i went to nashua when my phone was damaged and they sadi i can only upgrade october this was round about the 15th of july, so i hadto pay a huge amount for a new phone. when i went to a other branch of nashua to ask when exactly i can upgrade they said the first of august! after the other branch said only october... so there i was livid already!
But the phone i got is faulty it has been in twice for repairs already both times lost al my data and contacts, i got my phone back friday afternoon its stil broken..,
Its clear i have a faulty phone, why do i have to take it in al thetime and lose all my contacts and info?
I pay over R1200per month for this pathetic service?
