Extremely poor service from Nashua Mobile

I have been with Nashua Mobile for >15 years. In January 2013 I received my upgrade Blackberry 9360 and have sustained endless problems-freezing, re-booting itself, inoperable BBM and Whatsapp, no ringing, sticky lock button-with endless trips to Nashua Musgrave Centre, Blackberry Buddies Gateway and Nashua Gateway. Unfortunately several times I have requested help from Nashua Mobile only to be told "Nashua staff can't help customers", "I cannot speak to a senior consultant", I am still waiting for the promised arrivals of assistant smart teams, and was laughed at when I asked when Nashua Mobile or Blackberry would accept responsibility for giving me a faulty phone. My phone went in for repair on 23/10/13, 17/11/13 and 10/12/13 - not once was I given a courtesy phone. When collected on 08/01/14 I discovered that my software had been upgraded without my knowledge or consent, wiping all previous correspondence and contacts. I asked the phone be charged in store-3 hrs later the assistant admitted it was not working properly and contacted data support who again promised a "smart team"..still waiting... I was also told the IMEI number did not match the software..I am still waiting call
