I received a new Blackberry Bold 9900 with my contract upgrade. After a few days the scroll button started to freeze. My husband took my phone in to the East Rand Branch on the first morning he could - it was just the morning after 7 days that I received it! It was therefore on the morning of day 8 which was a Saturday, but the Nashua consultant at the branch told him that there was nothing wrong with the phone! That weekend I took a video clip (with another phone) of my new phone's problem. I then went again on the Monday to give in my phone and prove with the video clip that I received a new faulty phone. Now, Nashua refuses to exchange my new phone with another new phone. They want to sent it for repairs. This will mean that I will receive a refurbished phone, which is totally unacceptable to me! If I do not receive a new phone with this new contract period of 2 years, I will cancel my new upgrade. I did notify Nashua that I decline a repair and if I do not receive a brand new phone, to cancel the contract. I have been with Nashua for years and are now shocked and disappointed in Nashua!
