I have 2 existing contracts with Nashua Mobile and recently went in to take out a third contract.
When I went in to collect the new Blackberry 9320, they offered to transfer data and contacts from my old device to my new one.
While doing this at the shop, they advised me the software was faulty.
That evening the phone would not work and wouldn't access any apps saying software error.
We took the phone back the next day and it was left there overnight for a software reload.
When we collected the phone it seemed to be working again but within 24hours later is giving the same "laod software" error.
I have now been told that this phone needs to be sent back for assesment and I might get a new phone in about 7 days or so.
This is unacceptable! This is a brand new contract, the phone has not worked since I collected it and I am now going to be without a phone for a week or more until they decide what to do!
I want this phone replaced immediately or want to cancel this contract with Nashua Mobile!
