Insanely poor service

My MTN account has been suspended and during this time I was dealing with MTN's lawyers MBD, this process has been dragging for months with the usual incompetent service, even after I made payment to MBD they could not even allocate my payment on their system, then another month later they finally allocated the payment.

Now after another 2 months and about 15 calls to MTN legal, they cannot even see my MTN account on their system, every time I phoned them I gave them my cell number and the reason why they cannot not see my account is because MTN has given my number to someone else, they call it recycling.

MTN legal told me on 3 occasions they will reactivate my account and phone me to give me my new cell number, its been 3 weeks now and still no feedback from them.

This whole process turned into an absolute nightmare and months of being without my phone and now they've given my number away, I've been using this number for my business over the past decade.

I'm now contemplating whether to sue MTN for loss of business over a period of 6 months as well as loss of future business.
