Hi, please refer to my previous posting, thank you for your swift response so i received my handset last night and boy was i so excited to have it back, my joy lasted for 2 minutes!!! the phone battery died and now does not want to charge nor does the handset want to switch on... so practically after 3 trips to the repair centre (a total of 1 month in a 2 month period since i got the handset) I am back at square one, a useless handset that might as well be thrown in the dumpster!!! i refuse to send this handset in for repairs again and accept this handset back. I want this sorted out asap, I am extremely upset and disappointed!!!
