I upgraded my contract with Autopage, instead of a new phone I opted for a Samsung Galaxy Tablet. I explained that I wished to keep same cell number, but use it on both devices. This was possible, all that was needed was for Autopage to activate the sim that came with the tablet. I was told it takes 2 to 24 for hours to be completed, it has thus far been 70 hours and still no one can tell me what is going on. Every time I call the customer service call center I am told it is still pending and will be working in 2 hours time I have been told this seven 7 times already and still the sim card fails to work on my tablet. Poor service, and passing the buck has begun to seriously wear me down! Please Autopage assign someone who can make this occur!!!
