My handset has been in 3 times for repairs. I requested a new handset the third time and was promised a new handset. When I was sent a message to collect it, they wanted to give me back my old handset which I refused beacause I was promised a new handset. So this is the second month and my query has been past to nokia and I have still not heard anything from vodacom!!!
