Very Unhappy About Feedback Received On My Handset repairs its totally Unacceptable that i Have to Pay R1154.57 to Repair A swap Out Handset Which I got From Cell C after My Phone Was Heating Up 2 Weeks after My Upgrade now the phone does not want to charge and I'm being told that i need to pay this amount because there's something wrong on the handset so who's problem is that. I Want My Handset Replaced or Repaired At No Cost because i don't see why i need to pay that amount for a phone that i never had the Joy of Using. Because i could just as well buy me a new phone with that money. I spoke to Sipho who advised i should get back to cellc as soon as i got feedback. I want A solution ASAP Before i Take this Further and i will Surely do that because i cant pay a contract every month but cant Even use the handset.
