I've been a Vodacom customer for the past 11yrs & recently became very disappointed by the service I've encountered. On the 21/03/2013 I upgraded one of my contracts upon which I acquired a Blackberry 9790. From the first month, I started having problems with the handset, the keys kept jamming. I first took the phone in for repairs on the 17/05/2013 to the Alberton Repair Centre. I was assured that the problem had been corrected, but found this not to be the case as the same problem reoccurred soon afterward. I'v since had the handset in 3 more times for the same problem. I've been without a handset since the 12/10/2013, but am still required to pay a full months subscription which I consider to be unfair business practice. I'm not willing to accept another refurbished handset. I've been informed by Leonard (Alberton store manager), that the handset has been forwarded to the higher level repair that will take 5-18 working days. I find this totally unacceptable & would accept nothing less than a new handset.
