Not doing their admin well & no communication

I brought my phone to get fixed at Vodacom 4U - West Gate Shopping Mall, Roodepoort. On sunday the 22nd
and the told me that its gonna take 7 - 14 working day to get it fixed. I went there on the 3rd of October to check if it was fixed or not to my surprise i found out that the was an email sent from the guys who fix these phones and they wanted full payment before they can touch the phone. The store manager saw the email and never notified me that i have to come make a payment and the admin lady aswell did look onto the email thinking its sorted out. All they told me was sorry. And that was supposed to make me feel better. now i have to wait for almost month all because of their ignorance and bad costomer service. Here is their Number (011) 768 6666.
