Termination of Contract for Virgin Mobile phone

Virgin Mobile does not want to terminate the contract and continue billing on my name after the contract of 24 months has ceased, despite telephone communication and written emails to terminate the contract. Contract terminated on 13th April 2013. I have been sent post to pillar trying to sort this out with no success. I have emails proof to virgin mobile which I will submit if required. I have been dealing with Johannesburg branch telephonically and on emails, lastly on 20th September 2013, I discovered a branch in Durban at the Pavillion and I reported the matter to Marise Stainbank (email: [Email Removed] and sent her proof of emails by email, she also has not given me any feedback. Another contacted person is Nomthandazo Dlamini on Tel. 011 676 5050 / 011 6761422 (email: [Email Removed] Virgin Mobile Head Office, Upper Level, Cedar Square, Corner Cedar Lane and Willow Avenue, Fourways; Karabo raseala (email: [Email Removed] not sure of his position.

I will appreciate help to stop the contract as at 13th April 2013, and clear all the billings to my name after that date.
