I went to a virgin mobile store to cancel my contract, they said the cancellation department doesn't open on weekends (even banks open on weekends) they said i must send an email on Monday which i did 28 October.
i get a reply a week later saying my contract will be cancelled in December which i quickly which i disputed and told them to check the date which the email was sent. the said my last billing will go off in December for the airtime loaded. now i get a billing statement for January when i send an email asking what with the statement, they say my contract was cancelled at at later stage (mind you this is now a different person replying to my emails) when i sent her the previous emails containing the cancellation of my contract she kept quite and didn't reply. they even take all your airtime that you paid for when they so called terminate your contract, bunch of is what they are. the worst service one could be tortured with, they are worst than the E-toll. STAY AWAY FROM VIRGIN MOBILE THEY WILL YOU, PUN INTENDED.
