Why this harassment from Musa Mbathaand Meagan?

This is my 7th complaint about the same matter. More I complain more Musa Mbatha becomes NASTY

Musa Mbatha handled my account to Fire Recoveries (011 767 5300 / 087 351 2959) indicating that I owe R7, 318 to Nashua Mobile. Musa, Meagan du Plessis and Samantha know very well that I fully settled my account (around R6, 500) since last year July 2012 but Musa still handing over my account and putting my account on the Credit Bureau.

Musa Mbatha is still sending my account to recoveries agencies. This is the third agency that contact me for the same account. Why this harassment? Is Musa normal?

I asked Nashua to convert my contract to pay as you go because I cannot afford anymore but they refuse. I had this number (083 631 3261) since 1998 (plus 14 years). Potential employers and clients cannot contact me since last year. Hence I'm without work for more than 1 year.

NB: Nashua Mobile made sure that my number (083 631 3261) is on voice mail so that people can leave messages thinking that I'm still using this number. Why this behavior?

I hope that this will be my last complaint concerning this same matter.
