Final demand re: Samsung Galaxy out-of-box Failure

To Virgin Mobile South Africa:

IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 2 YEARS - visits to your Virgin Mobile stores, Virgin Mobile Head Office in Cedar Square, emails, postings on Hello Peter and many, many calls to the call-center - all have proven fruitless in resolving the issue of my out-of-box failure Samsung Galaxy S. The last response I got from you was on Hello Peter, I quote:

Thank you for your post.

In my attempt to contact you, I was unsuccessful.

Please revert to my email correspondence sent to your email address.

You posted this on Hello Peter within minutes of "trying" to call me. I responded to your emails TWICE without response. I then called your call center, was promised that Veronique would call me back within minutes as she was on another call - she never called. I then posted on Hello Peter a second time to get your attention - again, no response.

It is clear that You, Virgin Mobile South Africa have very weak systems in place for dealing with client disputes, and that you prefer to ignore your clients and hope the problem will go away.

I hereby make my FINAL DEMAND that you respond and resolve my claim within 7 days hereof.
