BAD SERVICE - VIRIN MOBILE NOT DOIGN THEIR PART

My contract came to an end, i went into store to termninate the contract totally. I was told to pay an amount by the sales agent in the store- which i did.

I recently came to find out that there was a further amount (R300) due by me (which i was not aware off or made aware off) and as a result i was listed on the ITC. The minute i was made aware by my banker - i contacted Virgin Mobile and made payment immediately. This was in March 2013. After that, i tried numerous times via email and telephone to get hold of someone in virgin to acknowlege receipt of my payment and give me some proof. I finally managed to get that. The proof stated "they will inform the ITC and it will take 21 days to clear my name". In August 2013, my banker informed me my name is still on the ITC, and the ITC have no record of any payments or communication from Virgin mobile.

When i called Virgin, only then did they send the letter to the ITC to say "my account was cleared".

I tried to contact virgin credit profiles (2 weeks ago) to copmplain, but got no response as yet. Sent follow up mail this morning, still NO reply.
