I have lodged a complaint with Vodacom on in February 2013 and again in June 2013 regarding the network issues that I experiencing. I informed Vodacom that the arrear in which I am staying does not have network. I am unable to access internet at home through my phone or laptop. Vodacom promised to sort this out but I am still waiting. I have a data contract that i took out in January 2013, which i am paying for every months, but i cannot use it in the comfort of my home. every time I want to access the Internet, I have to drive out to Alexandra or take my laptop to work and use it in the parking lot. I am asking Vodacom to please sort this out for me. I am a very loyal Vodacom customer and I would hate to have to change to another Networks. My husband has already changed to MTN as he was very frustrated and I don't want to go for that option as yet. please assist me. I am desperate.
