My Samsung phone did a software upgrade.
My Samsung S4 is about 2months old and I have never has problems until now. It keeps throwing my internet out and telling me that I have someone trying to access my phone. Apparently a few people have this problem.
I called Samsung and they sent me to Vodacom to downgrade the software. Vodacom said they cannot do this. When I called Samsung again they had they audacity to turn around and say I must courier it at my expense to Samsung in Century City! This is not my problem this is Samsungs problem and I feel you guys should sort this out. I use the phone for business and it is very unstable. It will randomly also switch off. I was told I would hear from a supervisor which I still haven't!
Please contact me as I either want a new phone, the phone to be sorted without being stuck without a phone.
It a very expensive phone and this software upgrade is Samsungs problem and not mine.
