After receiving a Samsung Galaxy S4 in August this year I have asked for the phone to be replaced but vodacom could not give me proof of purchase now for 5 weeks!!! I am still waiting for the contract as I only have a quote from vodacom!!! as a result of this Samsung S4 my Wi-Fi router bill is standing at R 4767!!! and it has never been more than R 99 which what I signed up for!!
When you phone costomer care they just said that I downloaded some application That charges R36 per MB and that is absolutely a rip off!!! The fact that vodacom is now saying that its my fault that my data bill is so high is Crazy and that from a "service " provider. Some one could have told me about this vodafone live and warned me about the costs involved!!! Vodacom has now tainted my view of Samsung as well as vodacom it self!!!
It would be great if vodacom could sort this out as I want to cancel all my contracts with vodacom and move to a different company, as for Samsung I would never advise anybody to buy a Samsung phone!!!
