FOR OVER 3 MONTHS NOW I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING INTERMITTENT NETWORK FAULTS WITH MY PHONE, IT ALWAYS SAY'S NO NETWORK, I DID A SIM SWOP COST ME R70.00, STILL THE SAME, I GAVE MY NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY S2 AWAY THINKING THE PHONE WAS THE PROBLEM AS TOLD BY VODACOM CONSULTANTS, I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW SAMSUNG POCKET R899.00 CAUSE IM ALMOST DUE AN UPGRADE, BUT STILL THE SAME FAULTS.
I CALLED VODACOM CALL CENTRE REF NO = 128243675 - I WAS TOLD BY THE CONSULTANT " YOU'LL KNOW WHEN THE PROBLEM IS SORTED OUT" THATS ALL HE SAID
I THEN CALLED AGAIN REF NO = 295063680 (JABULANI) I WAS TOLD BY HIM THAT AMANDULA THE TECHNICIAN WILL SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT
ITS THE 13/06/13 IM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS, WHY AM I PAYING A CONTRACT ON A PHONE THAT NEVER WORKS
