My contract was converted to prepaid 30/09/2013 and from that time until Lebo assisted it was a disaster, All my email connection and and internet was disabled with out notice and I call the help line twice and was not helped and today I went to Mimosa Mall and she sorted everything out for me, quickly and efficient. I was planing on changing cellular service provide and thanks to Lebo Ramaisa she saved the day:-)
