On the 23/10/2013 my internet went off, i couldnt do anything on my cellphone, i contacted Vodacom i was told that the company by the name of RMCS converted my line from prepaid to contract without my knowlwdge, was given they number i contacted them, they advised that they will convert the line back to prepaid, which i did receive an sms from them confirming that my line was converted, i then contacted vodacom whom i spoke to several agents who advised me that my BIS and my talking points will be re-instated and that my internet will be back, till today the 28/10/2013 my query is still not soted out with Vodacom, they telling me that my query is still pending, Vodacom is service provider, they are sell out's, how can they go sell our data to those comapnies and now we have to suffer at the end of the day.
i'm definetly changing my network provider, i cant believe what vodacom did just for them to gain profit.
