On 13 March 2013 we email mr Tony Smallwood regarding our problem of bad to zero signal for our internet. We explained how importent internet is for farming, and safety and security! He send my mail to Nelspruit... on the 9 June a guy called Lebo from Ermelo did a site visit and on this day of 2 August 2013 NOTHING NOTHING happend!!! The day Lebo visit me he couldn't even do a site test because of bad signal!! We also gave them all the vodacom numbers of all our farm workers!! How long before we get answers!!! We also pay for internet but it is NOT working we have an extarnal arial and a Hauwei rooter to boots the signal but we can't boost a signal if there's no signal!!!
