Utterly disgusted

I applied for a contract with vodacom on line and I was phoned by a consultant by the name of Lebo on Thursday who advised me to submit my documents to online [Email Removed] which I did on Friday the 11th.

Today 15/10/2013 (8:30am) I phoned to make a follow up on what the status of the application was? I was assisted by Phindile who told me Lebo was only going to be at work around 10am. I then requested to speak to the supervisor and I was told to leave my number as the supervisor was busy and s/he would get to me in 10 minutes. This never happened and I phoned again around 11am and fortunately Lebo was there and she told me to leave my numbers as she also promised to get back to me.

I am utterly disappointed at their lack of time consciousness.
