Annoyed once again

Almost two weeks ago i complained here about my prepaid account that was converted to a contract without my consent. A consultant called me and i was assisted immediately, My account was back to prepaid.

Well you won't believe that once again i have no access to the internet and i can't use bbm because i have been converted to this contract for the second time. I just called the 111 number and one of the consultants told me that my prepaid account has been deleted!

No one has the right to change anything on my account with my permission.
i need this sorted out asap!
