My contract expires on the 31st december 2013, i called to have the cancellation process in motion and to still keep my number on prepaid. I was told Lebo and Adelane that i must call them back on the 20th to have it cancelled. It is my understanding that I can request the cancellation a month prior to the contract expiring. I asked them to provide me with an email address i can use to send through my cancellation and i was given [Email Removed] Excuse me, a webmaster email address is not for cancellation but for website quieries, clearly they think i am dumb. this is bull dust. Lebo and Adelane have stinky bad attitude and should not be the voice of service for MTN. I want my contract cancelled come the 19th Ddecember and keep my number. I dont wanna deal with agents at mtn.
