I took out a Data contract in January 2013 on the advice of the gentleman in the store who advised that i would be able to utilise my cell phone as a modem. Three trips to the store to find out why i could not connect to the internet using the phone as a modem and numerous calls this has still not been resolved. During the time of my calls, i did request that this be addressed urgently so that I could possibly cancel the contract during the cooling off period. i have been advised that someone was sent to the area who identified a network problem but I still dont have a solution and Vodacom still continue to take my money without being able to provide me with what I am paying for. If i had known there was a network problem, i would have found an alternative to access the internet. I now have no access to the internet and cannot afford to pay for this and an alternative. I am really frustrated and dissapointed with Vodacom who I have always thought were the best in the industry, clearly they are letting the ball drop and hope there will be a competitor that can serve its customers in the manner they should be.
