NO NETWORK ALMOST COSTS LIFE

I have phoned vodacom asking about the lack of network at the place i live, the ref number is 287272109, on the 11 of April 2013, my girlfriend and i both contacted vodacom with the inquiry about the lack of network we receive, so we got told the tower is 3.5 km from our home and they have built a new tower and just have to activate it.

So, 17 April 2013 my girlfriend had a epilepsy attack and guess what? i could not phone the ambulance to come help her at all as yet again we dont have no signal at our home, i rushed her to hospital and made it just in time.

Now i ask the question, WHY are vodacom sponcering rugby and cricket teams and are able to do all these great things and not able to look after us the paying users? why do we have 3G on our phones and cannot use it due to the network? why has america got 4G and we behind?

i am sat outside my home typing this as i have a vodacom dongle on my laptop. in hospital in a town my girlfriend also had the exact same issues we have out on our plot, we stay in a area not far from a town at all yet receive the same issues in town. my father staying in town receives sms's a WEEK after they sent. this is totally unacceptable by all means.
