Once again, we are having problems with the Internet connectivity in Parys, Free State.
This morning, yet again, it takes more than an hour to open your email account.
I cannot even attempt to open the Vodacom website, because it just does not open anything!
This is not acceptable!!!
According to your Network department a new upgrade was done last week Friday, 22 February 2013 which was supposed to sort out this problem...
Well, Sorry!!! The problem is once again as frustrating as it was in the past!
Since Friday, 1 March 2013 it has been an uphill battle, fighting constantly to get some sort of Internet access.
The problem is not only on my computer, but also in the rest of my office as well as my home as well as my husband's work, so it is also not a problem on my computer, as was suggested in the past as well.
I am once again posting this complaint on Hello Peter as well,
because this problem has been ongoing since February 2012,
and it truly seems as if Vodacom just does not care about service delivery,
especially in the smaller towns and Free State province as a whole.
