On 02/01/2013 I submitted a report regarding my dismal internet access since the beginning of Dec 2012. Since then I have received some responses on my e-mails, 2 engineers who visited my house to do tests and a phone call on 10/01/2013 informing me that a new tower is going to be installed for Gordon's Bay. However, after 2 months, I still have no internet access. After the last engineer did some tests at my home on 16 Jan, internet was fine for 2 days and then it disappeared and has been non-existent since the weekend. This is ridiculous. Surely the biggest mobile network in the country should have the infrastructure to restore services within 2 months!?
